🌷 Celebrating the Women of Our Team 🌷 This International Women’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible women who are part of our work family. Each of them contributes to the success of our business in their own unique way — bringing different perspectives, skills, personalities and that all-important female touch that helps make our team what it is today. While we operate in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and our female colleagues may be in the minority within our workforce, their impact is anything but small. Their dedication, professionalism and teamwork play a huge part in keeping everything moving smoothly day in and day out. What made this year’s celebration especially heartwarming was a thoughtful gesture from our colleague Serhii, who brought in beautiful bouquets of tulips for all the women in the team on Friday. 🌷 It’s something he has done every year since joining us — a deeply rooted tradition in Ukraine where men give flowers, particularly tulips, to the women in their lives to mark the occasion. It’s a simple gesture, but one that meant a lot and certainly gave our ladies that well-deserved Friday feeling! 🌱 Spring has officially sprung at International Logistics Centre! 🌸 Our new signage is proudly in place, welcoming everyone to the site, while nature is making its mark too. The grass we sowed last year is thickening beautifully, and over 20 newly planted variety of trees now add a splash of green and life—a striking contrast to the heavy machinery, containers, and fleet that keep our operations moving every day.
